Growth
How a SOLAGOCHI pet grows up
Six stages, from a wobbling egg to a slow and proud elder. Two things move a pet forward: care points, earned by answering needs when they are real, and age, which only time can give. Money is not one of them.

Why time matters as much as care
A virtual pet is at its best as a small daily habit. If growth only counted taps, the quickest player would be the one with the most free afternoon. Adding an age gate means a pet looked after for a few minutes each day keeps pace with one that was fussed over for hours.
Care points also expire in a sense: you can only earn them when a need is low, and needs only drop with time. The fastest route to an elder is simply showing up, a few times a day, for two weeks.
A public board, later
In this build every pet lives in its owner's browser, so there is no shared list to rank. A public growth board would show stage, age and care streak, never money, and it opens only once there is real data behind it. No placeholder names, no invented counts.
